Tight Squeeze on a Cul-de-Sac
When a family on a tight cul-de-sac in The Landing started a major kitchen overhaul last July, space was the enemy. Their contractor needed a restroom, but the driveway was already jammed with a dumpster and lumber deliveries. With temperatures pushing past 95 degrees, nobody wanted a unit baking in the sun right by the front door, and the HOA had strict rules about visibility from the street.
We drove out to scout the site before dropping anything off. I saw a narrow strip of side-yard access behind the fence line that offered shade and privacy. Using our dolly system, we hand-transported a standard unit onto a stable paver pad we laid down ourselves. The crew had clean facilities tucked away from the neighbors, and we scheduled early morning pump-outs to keep the smell from ever becoming an issue in that heat.
Marcus took the time to hide the unit so my neighbors didn't complain, and it stayed spotless despite the heat.
